Currently all products sold by The Baker Adventures are made to order using print-on-demand services. Because items are produced specifically for each order, we do not offer returns or refunds except in cases of manufacturing errors or defects.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
To submit a claim, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or design due to an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Lost Orders
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us.
If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Policy Compliance
This policy follows print-on-demand industry standards and Printify’s recommended guidelines. Claims submitted outside the stated time frames or without supporting photos may not be eligible for approval.
